These terms govern use of the Inovo Technologies website and services. By requesting work, approving a proposal, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services and Scope
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, and responsibilities are defined in the accepted proposal, invoice, contract, or written communication. Any new requirement may require a revised estimate.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, content, brand assets, approvals, and any third-party account permissions needed to complete the work.
Payments and Ownership
Payments are due according to the agreed invoice or milestone schedule. Final deliverables are transferred after required payments are completed, except for third-party assets, licensed tools, plugins, stock media, or platform accounts governed by their own terms.
Support and Liability
We provide support according to the agreed package or warranty period. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, hosting issues, unauthorized changes, expired accounts, unpaid invoices, or client-side misuse.
